Return Merchandise Policy.
BeddingTreasures.com wants you to be satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy with your order please follow our return policy. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must email the refund request to customersupport@beddingtreasures.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field) or call (603) 944-3419, at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned. It is the customers responsibility to pay for return shipping charges. Simply ship it back to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (this does not include your original shipping and handling fees).We must receive your returned purchase in its original packaging and in re-sell-able condition. Item(s) must be in it's original packages. We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled. Health department regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of bedding including: sheets, Duvets, mattress pads, pillow cases, and pillows for refund or credit. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase the returned item(s). We do not accept COD returns of any kind.
If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:· All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.). · Original packaging. · Original invoice or receipt. Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges. Items must be unopened and in resalable condition. Any item that has been opened will not be accepted and will be returned to the consumer and return shipping charges will be billed to your credit card. We must receive your returned purchase in its original packaging and in re-sell-able condition. Item(s) must be in it's original packages. We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled. Health department regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of bedding including: sheets, Duvets, mattress pads, pillow cases, and pillows for refund or credit. Items that are special ordered, are on sale, FABRIC by the yard, personalized products are final sale and NOT returnable. Customers are responsible for the return of any product. We strongly suggest that you use insurance on all returns. For custom bedding return policy see the below written policy.
How To Make A Return. Customers must contact us at customersupport@beddingtreasures.com or call (603) 944-3499 to receive a return authorization . Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted and will be refused or returned to you at your expense. Please include the return authorization number with the return.
Custom Made Bedding Return Policy. Clearly marked items with the following phrase at the top of each custom bedding item. Custom Bedding Set made for you upon ordering.This is all bedding that states it is made for you upon ordering. All other returns please refer to the 30 day return policy. All Custom Bedding, Custom Made Duvet’s, Dust Ruffles and Cushions, as well as all Bed Ensembles and Beaded Items will require 6-12 weeks for delivery. All sales are final. Any defects or damaged items must be reported within 5 days for exchange only. No refunds. No exceptions. Any change or cancellation on a Purchase Order must be made within 24 hours. Custom made orders canceled within 24 hours may qualify for 50% of the purchase price money back if the item has not been initiated by the manufacturer. After 24 hours there is no refund and no exceptions as custom products are being made specifically for you upon ordering. Once A Return Has Been Authorized By Customer Support:

Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.

Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.

Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
Shipping. We normally ship all in stock items within 2-5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (in most cases it averages 3-9 business days) Any item that is "out of stock" will be back-ordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks weeks due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you if items are back-ordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available. If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail for current shipping times for particular products and locations. Because we have multiple warehouses throughout the country items may be shipped separately. We ship within the United States only. Due to the nature of our work, all Custom Bedding, i.e., Duvet’s and Dust Ruffles and Cushions, as well as all Bed Ensembles and Beaded Items will require 6-12 weeks for delivery. All shipping and handling charges are based on merchandise totals BEFORE any discounts.Your shipping fees will be calculated in the shopping cart during checkout and before confirming your order.
*Additional freight surcharges for furniture items are independent of the S & H charges as shown for each item. All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will have an additional $15.00 freight surcharge added per order and will be shipped via US Postal Service.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
Inventory. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will create items to go on backorder and shipping may take longer. In some cases, our warehouse may have an inventory discrepancy and some items may no longer be available. We strive to keep our inventory as current as possible, but in some cases errors arise. We appreciate your business and in this event you will be contacted via e-mail to let you know if your item is back-ordered and when it will be shipped.
TAXES. Bedding Treasures.com does NOT charge sales tax! Our business is in the state of New Hampshire and there is no sales tax.
SATISFACTION. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return within 28 days for a refund or exchange* in accordance to the applicable return policy. *Please read the full return policies above.
CANCELLATIONS. Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Email us to cancel an order. Put cancel my order in the subject field. See custom made bedding policies for all custom made products.
WARRANTIES. All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Bedding Treasures, AutoMaddock,LLC , and its manufacturers are not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or refunded possible, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Bedding Treasures, AutoMaddock, L.L.C. or its manufacturers at no charge. Custom made bedding has its own warranty policy. Refer to custom bedding.
PRIVACY POLICY. For each visitor to our web page, our web server, where possible, automatically recognizes the customers domain or email address.
We collect the domain name and email address, where possible, of visitors to our web page, the email addresses of those who post messages to our bulletin board (when activated), the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, the email addresses of those who make postings to our chat areas (when activated), aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information.
The information we collect is used to improve the content of our web page, used by us and the manufacturers of our products, to contact consumers for marketing purposes and not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.
If you wish not to receive email from us in the future, please let us know by emailing us and telling us you do not want to receive email from our company.
As we continue to develop our business, we might buy or sell operating divisions, companies or other business assets. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets. Also, in the unlikely event that Bedding Treasures, AutoMaddock LLC., or substantially all of the assets of either the whole company or one of its operating divisions are acquired, customer information, including, but not limited to email addresses, for the relevant component of our business will, of course, be one of the transferred assets.
